How do I redeem my free cinema ticket?

A few days before one of our films opens in cinemas, you will receive an email with your ticket voucher. If you don’t see it, it’s worth checking your spam or promotions folder, as vouchers can occasionally end up there.

Once you have your voucher, you can pick the showtime that suits you best at any of our partner cinemas (here). There's no need to book in advance or reserve a seat online. Simply head to the cinema when you're ready to go.

When you arrive, show the barcode on your voucher at the box office, either on your phone screen or printed out. The cinema team will scan it and swap it for a ticket for an available seat. And that’s it!

Please note: a voucher is not a ticket and doesn’t guarantee entry to a specific showtime. If a screening is sold out before you claim your ticket, you will need to select another showtime.
