My order says it’s been shipped but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?

Please wait at least 20-25 working days from the shipment date. Should your issue fail to arrive, please email us at support@mubi.com  and we will investigate for you.

Claims for missing issues must be sent within three months from the shipping date of a given issue (as stated in the shipping confirmation email), subject to the availability of the affected issue.
