Can I get a refund for my order?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your subscription settings. You will still be entitled to any issues for which you have already paid, which will remain valid up to the end of your subscription period. 

Full refunds for canceled subscriptions are possible until the allocation of your first issue. If you subscribe between November 1st and May 1st, then you may cancel until the May 1st. Alternatively, if you subscribe between May 1st and November 1st, you must cancel before the November 1st to receive a full refund. After allocation, and subject to the laws of the territory in which you reside, we do not offer partial refunds outside of exceptional circumstances and upon return of the relevant delivered issue(s) to our warehouse.
