When I try to confirm the payment I see an error message. What can I do?
MUBI currently supports payment via PayPal (if supported in your country) and the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Master Card, Maestro and VISA. We also accept VISA debit cards except for VISA Electron.
Please check that your payment details are entered correctly and if the issue persists, we would recommend checking with your bank or card provider, as the payment may be blocked on their side. Alternatively, we would also recommend trying a different payment method if possible.
You can also switch to payment via a third party like iTunes or Google Play, as these providers use their own payment systems. To do this, simply follow the promotional banner through the official MUBI iOS or Google Play application on your phone.
