I can’t generate the QR code on the MUBI GO app to redeem my ticket. Can you help?

To generate a QR code you should tap on your preferred screening, and this will open a new page with the QR code to be exchanged at the box office. It's worth mentioning that you cannot book tickets in advance, so you will only be able to open the vouchers for screenings taking place on the same day. If you try to open one for a different day, it will not work (and you might end up tapping the cinema address instead which would open the Maps app).
